I received over 50 reactions on my posts last week! Thank you everyone for your incredible support! 🎉 I was down and out for a few days, but I'm almost back in the groove.

Here are some thought-provoking words from author Kent Nerburn: "Each of us must find a way to respond to the darkness in the world. How we shape forgiveness is one of the most crucial questions in our lives. Let us make this journey toward forgiveness together. From the greatest pain and sorrow, a great forgiveness grows."

As a health and healing professional, I firmly believe in the transformative power of forgiveness. Almost all depression can be traced back to a lack of forgiveness, often stemming from a time we may not even remember. Perhaps we've built walls around our hearts to avoid pain, only to discover that unexplained health issues arise, and medications fall short. The question then becomes, "What's holding me back from experiencing true freedom?" The journey to complete liberation isn't easy, but it's a path we can embark on together. You spoke, I listened! I often teach others to take "one step at a time." AND I was so excited about the Revival of the Fittest Masterclass, I lost sight that all of us are on a different stage of life, so to give you everything at one time was A LOT! So....

Revival of the Fittest will go on- with a few tweaks. I will be hosting an in person group (limit of 10) beginning on October 13th- 2-3 p.m.
AND for those who need an evening session- we will have an evening session on Monday evenings (6-7 p.m.) beginning October 13th! Yea! We will meet for 8 weeks and establish your Airway- Phase I.
