Heather sought her interest in massage at a very young age. She would give her family members foot, shoulder, neck, head and back massages. She found her passion with being able to help others find relief with massage in mind, body, and spirit. It wasn't until January 2014 she enrolled into college for Massage Therapy.
Heather graduated with 700 hours of hands on training from the Minnesota School of Business in Waite Park Minnesota in March 2015 with her AAS in Massage Therapy. Heather has been trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue/Trigger Point Therapy Massage, Cupping, Lymphatic Massage, Myofascial Release, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Reflexology. After completing her schooling she started her career working at two salon and spa’s for 3 years. Heather than decided to gain more experience by working in a different atmosphere working in a massage shop for a year and half. It wasn't until July of 2019 that Heather decided it was time to pursue her dream of owning her own practice. Which today is now called Heather’s Therapeutic Massage working in two locations in Waite Park MN and Avon MN. In Heather's spare time she likes to spend with her husband and two kids attending their sporting events. Heather treasures her family time the most with being out doors fishing, boating and exploring new places.
Heather has learned over the years of her experience on how to costume her massages to her clients needs at a affordable rate and many different techniques with no extra charges. Heather takes great pride in the work she does by listening to her clients needs and focusing on the body’s response to her techniques. Heather will make sure you leave happy, relived. and relaxed.
