Boo! ๐ It's that time of the year again! Here, sending spooky greetings and some pumpkin-spiced tips to keep your back happy while youโre out trick-or-treating with the little goblins and witches!
1. Beware of the Bag:
Those candy bags get heavier as the night goes on! Use a lightweight bag and encourage your little ones to empty it periodically. This keeps the load light and your back delight!
2. Spooky Shoes:
Opt for comfortable, supportive footwear. Itโs tempting to wear those witchy heels or Frankenstein platforms, but your back will thank you for choosing supportive sneakers!
3. Monster Moves:
Practice good posture โ walk with your head high, shoulders back, and engage your core. Even Dracula looks less scary with good posture!
4. Ghoulishly Good Stretches:
Before you head out into the night, spend a few minutes stretching. A limber spine is a happy spine, even in the graveyard!
5. Bewitched Breaks:
Take breaks between houses. Do some gentle stretches, hydrate, and enjoy the Halloween atmosphere. Your back will appreciate the rest from the haunting!
6. Pumpkin Picking Perils:
If carving pumpkins is on the agenda, be mindful when lifting and carrying them. Bend your knees, not your back, and avoid twisted, awkward positions.
If you find any monsters lurking in your back after Halloween, donโt hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help unhaunt you
Wishing you a spine-tinglingly fun and safe Halloween! ๐
