Today we’re highlighting Parkinson’s disease and why exercise is important 💪🏼

Early signs of Parkinson’s disease can be subtle and often go unnoticed. These may include:
• Tremors or shaking
• Slower movements
• Stiffness or rigidity
• Changes in balance or walking
• Smaller handwriting or a softer voice

Consistent movement can help slow progression. Regular, purposeful exercise supports mobility, balance, strength, and brain health……helping people stay independent longer and reduce fall risk.

The earlier movement is started, the greater the benefit. Exercise isn’t just helpful…..it’s essential!!
