Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Try this first.

When everything feels like too much, your nervous system may be asking for support...not pressure.
A few gentle steps to help you reset:

• Pause and take 3 slow, deep breaths
• Name what you’re feeling without judgment
• Focus on one small, doable task
• Step away from overstimulation (screens, noise, expectations)
• Reach out. Support is a strength, not a weakness

You don’t have to have it all figured out today. Progress often starts with simply giving yourself permission to slow down.

If overwhelm is becoming your norm, therapy can help you unpack what’s underneath and build tools that actually work for you.
