Music & Memories
Broadcast for Sunday Nov 16, 2025
Covering the deaths from Nov 16-22, 2025

Good morning and welcome to Music & Memories.

This is Linda Sue, and I am the grief specialist at Patton-Schad Funeral Home. It is my pleasure to bring you this week’s program. This program is our way of reaching out to help families deal with those difficult days surrounding the death anniversary of a loved one.

Veterans day has come and gone and has become a powerful reminder to celebrate our Veterans living and deceased. It also signifies the many families who lost a loved one to death. As you move ahead in your personal journey, it helps to know you're not alone, and you are a survivor! Being a survivor and working on your new normal also assigns you the job of storyteller, keeping your loved one’s legacy alive. Without the sharing of the memories and stories; "our loved ones die a second death". Keep that legacy alive and you'll find peace along the way; it feels good too!

This program is dedicated to the memory of:

Music & Memories
Broadcast for Sunday Nov 9, 2025
Covering the deaths from Nov 9-15, 2025

Good morning and welcome to Music & Memories.

This is Linda Sue, and I am the grief specialist at Patton-Schad Funeral Home. It is my pleasure to bring you this week’s program. This program is our way of reaching out to help families deal with those difficult days surrounding the death anniversary of a loved one.

When we lose someone close to us our whole world perspective changes. The rhythm of life is constantly colored by the relationships that surround us. We experience emotional heart pain never felt before. This pain can challenge our daily life routines and the very core of who we are. The "greater the love the greater the pain". This is where speaking out loud about your loved one and your emotions can help you move forward to healing. They're worth sharing those memories and stories and keeping their legacy alive; and now with their upcoming heaven anniversary day, that's all the more reason to share those memories and tell those stories.

This program is dedicated to the memory of:
