✨ Think about it…

If we teach our kids to live as their authentic selves, they will naturally become more successful—because they’ll know their passions, not just what the world (or even we as parents) expect of them. 🤍

Some of the most successful people I know didn’t follow the traditional path. They didn’t just perform—they understood themselves. They followed what lit them up. 🔥

For instance, Chuck Runyon, co-founder of Anytime Fitness, built success by leaning into purpose and passion.

I’ve studied and written about how self-identity is lacking—how kids are often taught to perform, achieve, and meet societal standards instead of truly knowing who they are. 📚

Yes, health is wealth… but so is identity.
And being “good” or “first” isn’t everything. ⚖️

✨ Teach kids to love the experience itself,
whether it’s sports, art, or school—
not just the applause, grade, or outcome.

✨ Teach them that failure is not something to fear, but something that builds them.

✨ Remind them your love is unconditional,
not tied to performance, wins, or talent.

✨ Encourage them to create, explore, and grow because it brings them joy—not validation.

Because sometimes, without realizing it,
we teach our kids to self-abandon…
just to be accepted. 💔

Love, life, and the lessons in between 🤍✨

Relationships shape us—whether we want to admit it or not. Some we learn from, some we learn the hard way from (more than once), and sometimes we think we’ll learn from others… but if you’re anything like me, you’ve probably had to experience things firsthand.

I’ve come to realize that none of us are perfect. We all carry a bit of ego, a bit of selfishness, a bit of misunderstanding—even when our intentions are good. And sometimes those “good intentions” still lead us down the wrong path. That’s part of being human.

Life isn’t meant to go perfectly. It’s meant to shape you. To stretch you. To mold you through experiences—the good, the hard, and everything in between. 🌿

I think it’s quite common to think black and white… right or wrong. But there’s something really powerful about the grey. The balance. The space where growth actually happens. ⚖️

Instead of asking, “Do they like me?”
Try asking, “Do I like them?” 💭

Maybe it’s not about finding fault in people. Maybe it’s about trusting the experience… trusting the flow… and trusting that there’s something bigger guiding it all. ✨

We’re all given gifts—things that light us up, pull us in, and make us feel alive. Follow that. Stay open. Stay willing to grow. 🔥

To me, love is compassion. It’s understanding. It’s choosing to see beyond your own ego and take accountability for who you are and how you show up. 💫

And for every soul I’ve crossed paths with—the good, the not-so-good, and the ones that challenged me the most—I’m grateful. Truly. 🙏

using them as a scapegoat instead of taking accountability.

When words and actions don’t align,
it’s not confusion—it’s a pattern.

Narratives get created to justify behavior,
and what feels “off” is often control or manipulation.

⚠️ Pay attention to consistency, not just what’s said.

mentally, physically, and emotionally.
