We’re coming home from Boston feeling even more confident in the companies with which we have chosen to align. ZO is very much one of them.

Yesterday we trained with the genius himself Dr Zein Obagi (dermatologist), the chief scientist, and VP of research & development at ZO. Yes, we learned about skin anatomy, cellular function, ingredient mechanism of action, and treatment protocols. But even more, we were reminded how we don’t “sell” skin products or treatments; we are professionals in the field of caring for our biggest organ. It’s such a beautiful and a humble outlook from a company who could have spent time training us in “sales tactics” but instead chooses to pour into us in the form of CME conference-level education.

So to our patients, please rest assured we don’t take your skin health lightly. If we recommend a product or treatment, it’s because we *know* about it and have invested time/money/energy into weeding out the fluff that often comes in this beauty specialty. To us, it’s always science & results-based. And we truly find such joy in serving you well!

Fifteen years of being bothered by this brown spot — no more! 🫶🏼

Seborrheic keratoses lesions are benign (which is great) but often have an uneven, waxy, “stuck on” appearance that can be cosmetically bothersome. We spot-treated this beautiful human with an ablative erbium YAG laser on our new Sciton device. Her treatment was less than 2 weeks ago and she’s already thrilled. 🥹 The residual redness will continue to fade - and while some lesions might need multiple treatments, we think this is a one-and-done!

When the bottom half of the face now matches the top half. 🤎Gorgeous before and after (always) - but the proportions are more refined. Big eyes and big cheeks can handle a little more razzle dazzle in the chin and lips. 😏
