🕯️ This full moon’s candle meditation is all about falling in love with ourselves again 💘

We’ll plant our seed of potential & choose to nourish it tenderly. 💚🩷

Then, we’ll dissolve the barrier of dark doubts that has stood in-between how we feel about ourselves & who we are meant to become 🖤🔥

Our desires for softness are not weakness 🩷
Our need for rest is not laziness 💚
Our cravings for satisfaction are not sinful 🖤

We let the lies & misunderstandings go.
Send them back where they belong.

As we welcome in more sweetness, care & understanding from others, we are also developing this gentleness towards ourselves.

The strength of our new roots will depend on how deeply they are planted.. & that will be determined by how we treat ourselves in this season, as we lay our fresh foundation 🌱
