Mary-Ellen consistently surpasses expectations, exemplifying responsiveness and professionalism in all interactions. She effectively manages reports, delivers staff training, and ensures timely completion of corrective actions. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in achieving AAAHC and CARF accreditations, demonstrating meticulous adherence to stringent standards. She continues to lead a robust Quality Improvement Program and provides ongoing training to all Health Division staff. Mary-Ellen's willingness to assist any department and her dedication to excellence make her highly deserving of this recognition.

Stephanie DePetro - Marquette Community Health.

Stephanie has worked diligently with other West End
Team Members to successfully launch the new Marquette Health building, all while completing her degree. She is highly professional, possessing a strong work ethic and exceptional knowledge. The positive atmosphere she fostered in the original Marquette office reflects her outstanding character.
