Compass Pregnancy and Family Resource Center Compass Pregnancy and Family Resource Center provides free and confidential pregnancy testing and limited OB ultrasounds. Text us at 906-203-0969!

Facing an unplanned pregnancy can be scary, confusing and daunting. Care Net uses urine pregnancy testing and limited OB ultrasound to confirm and date a pregnancy. Our clinic is staffed and supervised by medical professionals. We offer on-going support and resources to clients through a variety of pregnancy and parenting classes. Clients are also able to use credit earned from class participation in our Mart that is stocked with infant and toddler clothing and supplies. All services are offered to clients free of charge thanks to the generous support of our donors. This facility does not preform or refer for abortions.

What a great weekend of working together for a “common cause”! From The Promise FM highlighting us as part of “Michigan’s Biggest Baby Shower”, Christian Fellowship Churches of Mackinac County, Michigan promoting our work in their “Moment in Mission” to Pickford Global Methodist Church hosting the Sanctity of Human Life Service, in collaboration with Chippewa County Right to Life and LSSU’s Lakers for Life Group-it was a great weekend for a great cause!
