Please be aware of the changes coming from Arfstrom Medical Equipment & Supplies. Please note, these changes are specifically to the medical supply company. There are no changes to the pharmacy.

EFFECTIVE APRIL 13, 2026

Arfstrom Medical Equipment and Supplies will no loger be billing insurance for the following items: Hospital Beds, Wheelchairs, Walkers, Canes/Crutches, Bath Safety, Cushions, Commodes, Patient Lifts, Pressure Support Surfaces, Traction Equipment, TENS Units and Supplies.

Arfstrom Medical Equipment and Supplies will continue to bill insurance for the following items: Ostomy Supplies, Urological Supplies, Diabetic Supplies, Surgical Dressing/Wound Care Supplies, Orthotic Bracing, Compression Garmetns, Mastectomy Prostheses/Associated Products, Seat Lift Mechanisms, Double Electric Breast Pumps.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: Open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed

‼️ATTENTION UPHP Patients‼️

If you have recently received a letter in the mail from UPHP/Medicaid stating that Arfstrom Pharmacy is no longer in network, please disregard.

This letter was sent in error by UPHP and they will be sending out a follow-up letter apologizing for the confusion.

UPDATE:

**The Sault store will be closing at 3pm**

**The Cedarville store will be closing at 1pm**

Both Sault and Cedarville locations are open as of right now.

The Sault store will be closing no later than 5:30pm

We are anticipating closing both locations even earlier, so if you need anything it is recommended to get in sooner than later.
