Many workouts focus on either cardio OR strength OR flexibility. Yoga is the multitasker that does it all. 🤹♀️ A flow class gets your heart rate up, holding poses builds strength, and the transitions improve coordination and balance. It is the most efficient way to honor your body's need for movement.
