Our Angola and Boyne City location got together for an end of summer picnic, and what a blast it was!
The food was delicious, the prizes were awesome, and the company was even better. It was the perfect way to wrap up the summer season. We're so grateful to have such an amazing team and can't wait to do it all again! 🌞🎉

GENERAL LABOR:
What You’ll Do
-Work hands-on with precision components — ensuring quality, safety, and excellence in every detail.
-Report and document inspections, handle parts with care, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace.
-Collaborate with team members and help train others as you grow in your role.
What We’re Looking For
-Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
-Strong math skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things right.
-Blueprint reading and inspection equipment experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train you!).
-Excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
-Correctable vision and color acuity.

Great group of businesses and students to connect with.

Another year of Manufacturing Day fun put on by the Eastern Upper Peninsula Intermediate School District!

The EDC had some great evolvement with staff and board member presence ⚙️ 320 ninth grade students were able to get hands on experience from seven different businesses and organizations including Precision Edge, Cloverland, TN Michigan, LSSU Robotics, Louisiana Pacific, Northern Wings, and Carmuse!

Our Sault Ste Marie facility celebrated the end of summer with an unforgettable Employee Picnic! 🌞️
The team came together for a fun-filled day of food, prizes, and bonding. Special thanks to Mikolowski Farms for catering.
It was such a delicious spread and everyone left with full bellies.

For our 3rd facility, some might think we threw a dart at a map and said" lets open there". WRONG!
We strategically selected Angola, Indiana in 2022, drawn by the area's prominent medical manufacturing presence, which aligns with our growth objectives. In fact, Angola's thriving medical device industry, coupled with its skilled workforce and business-friendly environment, made it the perfect fit for our expansion plans. By setting up shop in this hub, we're poised to tap into a rich network of suppliers, partners, and talent, ultimately driving innovation and growth in the medical sector.

In our efforts to not only build up our organization, we wanted to be a part of "Building A Better Boyne". We identified an opportunity for expansion and seized it, leveraging our expertise to drive progress.
By extending our high-quality product offerings to a new region approximately 2 hours south of Sault Ste Marie, we overcame initial challenges and rapidly established ourselves as a leading manufacturer in the area.

Our founder's vision, born in small town Barbeau, soon evolved into a bold decision: to scale up or risk stagnation. The choice to expand paid off, and 10 years later, we broke ground in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan, marking the establishment as our headquarters. Today, this facility employs roughly 300 individuals across three shifts, boasting an impressive 28,400 square feet of manufacturing space, providing ample room for innovation and growth.
