The Executive Director is the executive leader of Superior Health Support Systems (SHSS) and carries out the overall vision of the organization. The Executive Director duties include community outreach and public relations. Carrying out the Superior Journey and maintaining strong working relationships in all homes that are part of SHSS. Strategically plan with the Board of Directors, state regulatory agents, and community members and provide oversight of the operations of the non-profit organization in collaboration with the Director of Finance/Operations, Director of Human Resources/Communication, and Director of Nursing.
