🧘♀️ How to Practice
• Step your feet wide, toes turned out about 45°.
• Bend your knees deeply, stacking them over your ankles.
• Sink your hips down while keeping your chest lifted.
• Extend your arms out to the sides, elbows bent, palms facing forward.
• Breathe deeply and hold for 3–5 breaths.
Pro tip: Focus on pressing through your feet to feel grounded while lifting through the crown of your head to feel spacious. Want to make to make it more challenging? Add a pulse while holding & breathing 😉
