15 years ago, I held my first retreat in the Georgia mountains for 12 people. The retreat was really for me. My business was struggling, my business partner was dying from cancer, and I was struggling to be the perfect wife and mother. My retreat helped ME heal, and it started a revolution of self-care.

50+ retreats later, 12 countries later, 15 years later, I’m coming back to where it all began.
