It's been 3 years since I got this card, but I look at it often. I am more than a personal trainer, a business owner and a husband. I am a dog dad, an uncle, a son, a philosoher, a friend to many and so much more.
Sometimes I get lost. Sometimes I forget why I di what I do and it all feels meaningless. Sometimes I feel hopeless and misunderstood.... but when i read this card and and all of the cards that I have just like it... I can feel the change, I can feel the hope an genuineness in those words... and all of a sudden I remember. I'm not lost anymore. I see and feel it so clearly.
I am here to help, to guide, to care and to inspire. I want people to reach versions of themselves that they thought were unimagineable.
So thank you to all of you that care to notice and appreciate your growth. That you to those that I do it for, because you are the reason that I can keep doing what I want to do, especially when it feels hard.
..and for those of you who are lost and don't know what to do next.. for those of yoh who have not yet been helped but feel as though you need it or feel like you don't need it but it might be nice, know that we are here. We often reach out our hand to pull up those that ready for a change.
