A letter to the year that changed us 🤍
Last night, we closed Park early, locked the doors, and gathered all the girls together for our holiday party. It felt like the perfect way to say goodbye to a year that quietly (and sometimes loudly) shaped everything we are today.
This carousel is a behind the scenes look at the last year. Moments we didn’t always share, months that stretched us, wins that surprised us, and memories that remind us why we do this.
To our Park girls: you are the heartbeat of this place. Truly. The reason Park runs smoothly, feels warm, and operates with so much care and intention. The way you show up for each other, for our patients, and for this vision does not go unnoticed. We have yet to meet a team that genuinely cares the way you do — about people, details, and doing things the right way. You are such a gift to us and to everyone who walks through our doors.
When we opened Park, all we really had was belief. A lot of hope. Maybe a little delusion. Very little evidence that this would actually work. This year felt like the year it became real. Not because of numbers or milestones, but because of you. The referrals. The kind messages. The reviews. The people who fly in just to be treated here (still surreal).
Yes, Park is a service based business, but it’s always felt like more than that. You don’t have to love your clients. You don’t have to build relationships. And yet, somehow, we’ve been given the gift of patients who become friends, conversations that matter, and connections that feel meant to be. It often feels like Park is a place people find a little more than they expected. Whether that’s confidence, reassurance, or just feeling taken care of for an hour.
Every bit of support, trust, and love you give us leaves a mark. It validates the long days, the hard decisions, and the heart behind everything we build here. Please know the impact you make on us is just as real as the impact we hope to make on you.
As we step into the new year, our focus is simple: to make Park better in every way we can. Thank you for being part of this story. We can’t wait to see what the next chapter holds. ✨
