Maintaining the consequences of having surgery at L5-S1 means a lifelong program and commitment.
Had I known how to balance my structure I could have avoided surgery altogether.

I think I have about 30 classroom days just this year.
Probably even more next year.
Studying biomechanics, treatment and exercise is not a casual subject. It’s not done through soundbytes or podcast conversations or media clips or 16 hour weekend workshops.

It is done through a serious level of commitment to learn by doing to be able to do.
It’s willing to question and TO BE questioned.
It’s critical thinking and application.
Never memorization.
