Dreamweaver is back. This two hour online intuitive art ritual is for anyone who wakes from a dream with a feeling or image that lingers. You do not need to remember your dream clearly. Once you register, you will receive a simple How to Remember Your Dreams guide to support recall if needed.
We will begin with mindfulness, breath awareness, and gentle somatic settling, then move into a guided shamanic style journey to reconnect with the emotional tone your subconscious was holding. From there, intuitive art becomes the way the dream completes itself on the page.
This is a sampler class for a potential ongoing dream and intuitive art circle in the new year.
