Easter weekend is almost here 🌸🐣 and while those beautiful Easter lilies are a holiday favorite, they can be extremely dangerous for pets—especially cats.

Even a small exposure (like brushing against pollen or chewing a leaf) can lead to serious kidney issues. If you have pets at home, we recommend skipping lilies altogether and choosing pet-safe flowers instead.

Happy Birthday, Amanda! 🎂

Amanda is one of our incredible Veterinary Technicians, and we’re so lucky to have her on the Case Vet team. You’ll most often find her assisting in surgeries and dentals, helping everything run smoothly and safely—but she also spends time in appointments caring for our patients and clients.

Her skill, compassion, and dedication make such a difference every single day, and our team (and patients) are better because of her.

We hope she enjoys some well-deserved time off to celebrate!

We also got to celebrate with Carla earlier this month, and these two had one request—cheesecake. We were happy to make it happen!

🐾 Happy National Puppy Day! 🐾

We met Ash, the adorable blue terrier mix, a few weeks ago—and every time he comes in, he’s ready for snuggles 💙

And just last week, we got to meet Lily, a sweet Scottish Terrier who has already stolen our hearts 💕

As we celebrate these sweet pups, here are a few important puppy wellness tips to keep in mind:
- Puppies should start vaccines around 8 weeks and stay on a consistent schedule
- Routine exams help catch issues early and track healthy growth
- Early socialization is key for behavior and confidence
- Parasite prevention (fleas, ticks, and heartworm) should start young and be given life- long.
