Spanish Oaks is looking for an experienced RN 🩺💉💊

Job Description: We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in either home health or hospice care. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes or in hospice settings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and standards of practice

Requirements:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in home health or hospice care
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients and their families
- Proficient computer skills for documentation purposes
- Current CPR certification
