Hi everyone, I want to take a moment to clarify our rescheduling policy. My goal is always to be understanding and flexible when life throws you a curveball.
For appointments that need to be moved on the same day, I require full payment to hold your new spot. Please know this isn't me "keeping" your money—it automatically becomes a credit for your future appointment, so you'll arrive already paid in full!
This policy allows me to hold your time while also being fair to the other clients on my schedule and my own business. When a last-minute spot opens up, it's often too short notice to fill, so this credit system is a way to make rescheduling work for both of us without any extra cost to you. Although I still lose out because I now have an empty spot on my schedule I still try to be fair and allow you to come in without trying to “punish” you for the unexpected.
