For our December , we would like to recognize Miles! He has been with Barclay House for 3 months and has quickly become a vital part of the community.

Miles is an extremely hard worker who always goes above and beyond. He is caring and kind, and his devotion to helping both residents and coworkers with anything they need is truly commendable. He consistently goes the extra mile.

His favorite part about working at Barclay House is spending time with the residents.

Fun Fact: He builds computers for fun!

She joined QSL Management senior living right after college without knowing where her path would lead. 🌿 What she found was a role that lets her support communities, cheer on activities teams, and watch creativity come to life for residents. Seeing joy on the faces of seniors has become the best part of her work and a reminder that she landed exactly where she was meant to be.
