National Puppy Day is the perfect time to give your puppy the healthiest start possible! 🐾

At Forsyth Park Animal Hospital, our Puppy Wellness Plan helps make your puppy’s first months easier while keeping them on track with essential care.

Our puppy plan includes:
• Core puppy vaccine series
• Multiple wellness exams as your puppy grows
• F***l testing for intestinal parasites
• Pre-operative bloodwork for their future spay or neuter
• A discount on the spay or neuter procedure

The plan covers the core vaccines and routine care puppies need, while allowing flexibility if additional services are recommended based on your puppy’s lifestyle.

If you’ve recently welcomed a puppy into your family, we’d love to help you get started.

📞 Call 912-349-3953 to schedule your puppy’s first visit.

July is Lost Pet Prevention Month — Is Your Pet Microchipped?

Microchipping is one of the most effective ways to bring lost pets home. According to a major study published in the Journal of the American Veterinary Medical Association:

🐶 Microchipped dogs are over 2x more likely to be reunited with their owners (52% vs. 22%)
🐱 Microchipped cats are over 20x more likely to make it home (38% vs. 2%)

Collars can fall off. But a microchip? That’s your pet’s permanent ID.

🦷 February is Pet Dental Health Month! 🐾

Did you know that dental disease affects over 80% of dogs and 70% of cats by the age of three? 😲 And it’s not just about bad breath—poor dental health can lead to serious issues like heart, kidney, and liver disease because bacteria from the mouth can spread through the bloodstream.

✨ Signs Your Pet May Need a Dental Checkup:
🐾 Bad breath that knocks you over
🐾 Yellow or brown buildup on teeth
🐾 Red, swollen, or bleeding gums
🐾 Drooling or dropping food while eating

This month is the perfect time to focus on your pet’s oral health! Schedule a dental cleaning with us in February to help your pet live a healthier, happier life. ❤️

Call us today to book an appointment! Because fresh breath = longer, healthier lives. 🐶🐱
