💚Let this be your reminder to restore our villages/communities for our youth to learn, grow, thrive, and prosper.

They deserve to be properly guided, loved, valued, and upheld by US— those who came before them and shall continue to walk along side of them each step of the way.

Today, I had the most wonderful time and privilege of hosting an R&B Yoga Flow Class for the beautiful ladies of ✨

As you can see and hear, this session was full of laughter, love, and embracing who we are through mindfulness & intentional movement.

My heart is filled— being able to extend my light to help the youth shine even more brighter is a privilege that I get to experience daily. A privilege that allows me to help restore “the village “, because it truly requires an entire community to raise, educate, and develop a healthy, happy, healed, and efficient individual.

So thank you, for allowing me to become a part of their village. 🙌🏾

This is also a full circle moment, being that 5 years ago I interned for Elevate, which was my official introduction into the classroom.

Seeing how this organization has grown, evolved, and continues to uplift OUR youth is a beautiful thing to witness.

Thank you to Elevate Savannah and everyone else who continue to invest in our kids + their futures.🌱
