Day 6 of my 75 Day “Get It Together Girl” Challenge 💪🏾✨
Took a road trip to Alabama today and focused on balance over perfection. I stayed as close to my meal plan as possible (because discipline doesn’t take vacations 😉), but I gave myself a full rest day from the gym.

And you know what? I don’t feel guilty about it.

This challenge isn’t just about workouts and sweating every day. It’s about building a lifestyle that includes mental health, intentional rest, and meaningful moments. Spending quality time with my son, relaxing, and being present was just as important as any workout.

I’m learning that:
• Rest is part of the process
• Discipline can travel with you
• Balance is powerful
• Peace is productive

Day 6 was about soft strength — showing up for myself in a different way.

We’re not just getting it together… we’re keeping it together. 💛✨

Tried barre Wednesday after my 6am cycle class and whew… I’m pretty sure I died and came back at least six times 😅🔥
Those tiny pulses? Disrespectful. The shaking? Immediate. The burn? PERSONAL.
But wow — what a class. Barre is no joke. It targets muscles you didn’t even know existed, builds serious strength and endurance, improves balance, and strengthens your core like crazy. Low impact but HIGH intensity.
10/10 would suffer again. 💃🏽✨
