Tried barre Wednesday after my 6am cycle class and whew… I’m pretty sure I died and came back at least six times 😅🔥
Those tiny pulses? Disrespectful. The shaking? Immediate. The burn? PERSONAL.
But wow — what a class. Barre is no joke. It targets muscles you didn’t even know existed, builds serious strength and endurance, improves balance, and strengthens your core like crazy. Low impact but HIGH intensity.
10/10 would suffer again. 💃🏽✨
