As this week wraps, pause and ask:
What supported me?
What drained me?
What do I want to carry forward?

You donโ€™t need a brand-new routine every Monday. You need rhythms that you can return to when life gets full.

For this coming week, choose one:
โ€ข Take a 10-minute walk each day
โ€ข Stand up and move for 1 minute every hour
โ€ข No electronics for 1 hour before bed
โ€ข Wash your face before bed (no skipping)
โ€ข Drink a full glass of water first thing in the morning
โ€ข Step outside for sunlight within 30 minutes of waking
โ€ข Stretch for 3 minutes before getting into bed
โ€ข Put your phone down during one meal per day

Thatโ€™s not small. Thatโ€™s ๐˜ด๐˜ถ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ข๐˜ฃ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ.

Letโ€™s move forward intentionally.
