Hope everyone is having a great week! I wanted to post that beginning next week, I’ll be offering 4 healing poetry workshops, each of which will cover a different emotion (anxiety, courage, shame and resilience). The dates for the workshops are September 15th, October 9th, November 13th and December 11th. In each workshop, I will read a poem that covers the emotion for that workshop, we then engage in a brief discussion around that poem, and I offer writing prompts for attendees to create their own poem(s). Creative writing and reflection will be the heart of each workshop, however, sharing of poetry is completely optional. Each workshop is $30 per person and pre-registration is required by emailing Renae at mightyrayoflight@gmail.com or calling at 607-377-7763 to secure your spot. I know I haven't been posting as often (will try to be better about that!), but I did want to acknowledge today :) 6 years ago, I took a leap and opened Ray of Light Counseling and Consulting, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Thank you to those who have trusted me to be part of your journey and to those who continue to support me on my journey. Sending out love and light to all who need it. ~ Renae
