We’re taking Eat Move Groove to Thailand on the first leg of our international wellness trip! My favorite breakfast so far- veggie and noodle dishes, fresh fish, curries, fresh fruit with yogurt, strong coffee, and fresh mango and guava juices. It’s so easy to find flavorful 2211 meals everywhere in Bangkok! We’re finding our way around the city with lots of walking, taking the Sky Train and MRT, and of course, zipping around by tuktuk! So much to see and such lovely people!
