PT month is coming to an end, but the beautiful stories never stop!

"Dianna’s journey has been truly inspiring. After undergoing a left total knee replacement and inability to be able to care for herself at home, she embarked on an intensive therapy program designed to help her regain strength and independence. Dianna participated in a variety of therapeutic activities, including physical therapy to improve her mobility and occupational therapy to enhance her daily living skills.

Her hard work and determination were successful, and we are delighted to share the great news, that Dianna Sroka has successfully completed her therapy here at Embassy of Saxonburg and is returning home with home health services.
She's all smiles with her physical therapy team, Becky Frengel, PTA and Brittany Pacek, DPT, proudly showing off her increased independence. This milestone is a testament to Dianna's strength and resilience.
