Located in the Sayre, PA Area

Mobility Solutions – R.C.I. is a growing local company providing stairlifts, ramps, lift chairs, and home accessibility solutions for seniors, veterans, and families in our community. We’re looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join our team.

If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and helping people live safer and more independent lives, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do on a daily basis:

• Assist with installing stairlifts, ramps, lift chairs, and mobility equipment
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and think through on-site solutions
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers
• Load/unload equipment, organize tools, and prepare job sites
• Follow step-by-step training and safety procedures
• Work in homes, facilities, and field environments throughout the Sayre region
• Occasionally help with small accessibility-related tasks as needed
• Represent Mobility Solutions professionally during every customer interaction

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Extremely reliable and trustworthy
• Clear communication with customers
• Willingness to learn and complete technical training
• Mechanical or tool experience (any trade or automotive background helps)
• Ability to lift 70–100 lbs safely
• Valid driver’s license
