There are a multitude of benefits to spending an hour in our float tanks. Stress relief, detox, injury recovery, and so many more reasons to try it out! When our bodies aren't fighting gravity and external information is non existent, the level of relaxation we experience can be transformative.
You can schedule a float any day of the week! We do have some spots available this weekend! How great would it be to start a Sunday with a float?! You'll never know if you don't try. Call for your appointment!

Dr. Stocks brings to our wellness center a LOVE for humanity. Though her love of life, learning and adventure she bring a "WHOLE-istic" approach to serving people. Dr. Stocks specializes in Bio-energetic synchronization technique (B.E.S.T), which addresses, and connects the "gaps" in the circuitry of the brain-body communication.

Being a chiropractor Dr. Stocks address the misalignments in the spine that are interfering with the brain-body communication. Chiropractic is a natural healthcare system that honors innate healing from within.

"We are designed to heal. If we are NOT, it is due to a lack of circuits, or pathways for the body and brain to communicate. We just have to blaze a new trail, and build new circuits to allow the WHOLE you to come online to communicate and express completely. That is when healing happens." -Dr. Stocks

"Embodiment yoga" is another wonderful tool that Dr. Stocks brings to support the whole person. This type of yoga is for everyone, and it will help to bring you into your body, learn to listen to the communication of your body, and focus the mind. The intention within Embodiment yoga is to allow the whole person to begin healing, on all levels: mind, body, spirit. You will begining to take your yoga off the mat and out into the world!

Tuesday @ 8:30 am and 5:30 pm
Thursday @ 8:30 am
Saturday @ 8:30 am

~This class is an introduction to the true healing power that you are. Dr. Stocks will communication the science behind Bio-energetics and chiropractic. She will explain how she helps return your whole being to is natural healing, creative, magnificent self!

Thrive: The Institute for Living Well. We are so elated to be opening the doors to our very own wellness center!

Our mission is that Thriving Thistle Market is a gathering place for the community to nourish themselves with healthful delicious food, support their wellness, and celebrate the abundance of our area by connecting to local farmers & producers; all of which strengthens, honors, and raises the vibration of our community!

Day 28! You did it!! Regardless of how well you did, just acknowledge the fact that you did something! Notice the patterned and the tendencies, congratulate yourself for beginning again, and trying something new, and for even being interested in a practice that could relieve areas you can still grow and build new circuits! 23! How are you enjoying the embodiment of the yoga... the mind-less-ness sitting? Remember to keep it fun and enjoyable! I love and adore you!

Tip: Are you having a challenge keeping count? Something that I do is alternate the foot that I step back to ligh lunge with. So on even numbers I step back with my left foot, odds right foot steps back. That seems to help me. Let me know!
