Piper Shores is hiring RNs and LPNs for our 40-bed Skilled Nursing neighborhood, a nationally recognized 5-star community! You’ll provide compassionate, person-centered care and serve as a positive role model for fellow staff.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., with a $5,000 retention bonus.

We offer great benefits like health insurance starting at $60 per month, 18 days of PTO, retirement match, tuition reimbursement, and much more.

On March 23, our Discovery Series explores Healthy Eating & Nutrition, and we close the month on March 31 with “Nutrition for Healthy Aging” led by registered dietitian Lisa Hutter.
