Thursday Yoga is back with a a new instructor!
Join Amara on Thursdays at 7pm for a vinyasa slow flow designed to complement your climbing routine.
Through a series of postures that link breath with movement, you’ll improve mobility, release tension and build mind-body awareness that carries beyond the mat. This class incorporates props and modifications to support bodies of all abilities. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Portland Yoga Collective.
Yoga is free for ask members and is included with a day pass at Salt Pump. We’ve got the mats and blocks, come join and try something new!
