As the December holidays approach, life gets busy. Snow inevitably impacts our routines in the winter months. How you choose to embrace the winter weather can be filled with fun, outdoor activities. These range from sledding, snow tubing, snow shoeing, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowmobiling or ice skating, to name but a few. It is always best to prepare your body to engage safely in these activities. Make sure you keep up with your stretches and stay safe!
