Amazing how some insurance carriers act during negotiations. I am fortunate to have great business relationships with most of the major carriers (Anthem, United, Aetna, CHO…) so that we can find a mutual and respectful common ground that is reasonable for all stakeholders. But one “C” has made agreements and then changed them in the contract pressented, agreed to changes requested and then not adding them into the contract, and dragged this process out to now 9 months with no resolution. Sorry to our patients but we may need to go out of network with the “C” insurer because of their inappropriate ways of doing business.
