We are looking to hire 2 people for snow removal at Kaler-Vaill, a memorial home for older women located at 382 Black Point Rd in Scarborough. No plowing or equipment required, just snow blowing and salt/sanding. All equipment and materials are here on site. Pay is $50/hour for up to two people. 🌱 Our residents have a green thumb! They plant and lovingly maintain several perennial and vegetable gardens right here at Kaler-Vaill. Fresh air, fresh food, and plenty of beauty to share! 🌸🍅

Our residents all have their own private room and bathroom that can be independently furnished and decorated. We also help with setting up the room (TV and pictures) when moving in. Personal clothing, towels and bed linens are laundered for our residents by housekeeping personnel. Basic cable, WiFi and bi-weekly cleaning are included in the rent!

We currently have two rooms open here at Kaler-Vaill. One is ready for occupancy immediately and the second room will become available in October. Please schedule a tour to learn more about our affordable community where 15 women over 65 live independently in a beautiful historic home.
