Achieve is a private, one-on-one, physical therapy, personal training and sport performance enhancement studio. We specialize in individualized, quality rehabilitation and fitness services. Achieve Physical Therapy & Performance Enhancement is open Monday through Saturday, with hours by appointment only. Achieve is not a participating provider with any insurance company, but provides AMA approved invoices for patient self-submission for reimbursement of physical therapy services. Achieve is conveniently located in Scarsdale, New York, on Central Park Avenue.

I recently had the great pleasure of working with High Rise Basketball in Stamford, CT. Thanks Bobby, Nate and Paul. We just wrapped up a two phase delivery/installation on their new fitness facility for their AAU and Club basketball programs. Thanks to everyone involved on the equipment side of things, and especially thanks to Sal Candela and his crew for doing a great job on the flooring and as always thanks to Anthony Fazzino and the Gym Solution crew for a smooth and successful delivery/installation process!

I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Constance Hall and her company Constance Hall Design on the creation of this home gym in Rye, NY.

This project involved a successful mix of our client’s existing equipment with the addition of several complimentary pieces from TRUE Fitness to produce a gym that properly met our client’s fitness needs. Special thanks to Gym Solution on the equipment delivery/installation on this project as well. I look forward to additional collaborations with Constance in the future, it was a fantastic experience working with her!

A few years ago I had the pleasure of being involved in a full scale athletic training facility renovation for Monroe University. I wanted to repost that experience to again mention how great it’s been to be working for Mark Siegel and his team at SPS Fitness. They all are an amazing group to work with, and I feel blessed to be doing so. Here’s a few pictures again of that equipment delivery and installation day for the new facility for the athletes at Monroe University at their Bronx campus. A special thanks to both Sal Candela for installing the great flooring at Monroe and Anthony Fazzino and Gym Solution for all their hard work during the installation process.
