As we start looking at making plans for the 2026 crop year, make sure we look at a FULL system instead of just parts of the system in which your crop could lose out of maximizing it's yield potential. Everyone wants to cut corners with the low commodity prices. We need to look closely at what your farm needs to maximize YIELD on each farm. There's lots of things every year to be looked at. Seed selection, planter set-up, PH, Ca-Mg ratio. CEC base K, Nitrogen use efficiency, P use efficiency, and so on. The Maximum Farming System promotes looking at and utilizing all of these things to maximize consistency in the fields to maximize profitability in your operation. Don't skip a step in helping your operation become more profitable.

Just a few ears from different hybrids on different days. They aren't perfect but with 36.24" of rain for the year they look really good. Some disease in the fields but not terrible. The system is proving itself again with
lowering cost and
producing more consistent bushels. The system has worked for 41 years. If you would like to learn more, message me and I'll walk you through the system that has stood the test of time.

Well let's get it started. Soil temp a little on the cold side. This was at 2 pm today. I'll check it every morning and late afternoon to see the progress. Will try to get the soybeans in by the end of the week. Look at corn the week of the 14th.
