Spirituality is awarness, it is knowing we are all that - love, compassion, forgiveness and kindness. May we be all that.

Just like these beautiful roses, we are all different, unique in color, shape, fragnance, thoughts, emotions, life span. Yet, we are so much alike.
We all are a beautiful expression of the divine energy of creation, courage, compassion, transfromation and love. That is the Shakti energy that lives within us all.

May we honor that energy within oursleves.
May we see it and celebrated in others.
May we accept, rise, support and empower each orther.

Wooofsy, Woof. Hi I am Mocha and I am here to ask you to open your heart and help Almost Home Foundation help pups like me. See, my Mama Brownie came to Almost home from a place warmer than Chicago. It must have been cold when Almost Home took Moma in and no one knew Mum will have all 5 of us, my sister and 3 brothers! How fun! What we al found with Almost Home was all love, warm blamkets and sweet kisses, oh yeah , and yummy treats! Our foster Mom Veronica was very nice and we played with Buster in our first home. Then, later, when we were big and strong, we all found our furever homes. Now I have my own bed, my own big sister and a new Mom. I even have my own swivel chair and a big comphy couch. Mom still does not know they are mine, but that;'s OK, I let her sit on them once in a while if we snuggle.I also have to say that I work really hard keeping my family safe from squirles, geese, noisy neighbors and everything and everyone I bark at.
So, please, If you have place in your home, go to Almost home and invite a dog to come and love you and you love them back. . If you can, please, donate to Almost Home Foundation and more pups like me will be able to recieve great care and find their furever home with lots cookies and snuggles, 'Cause here in Chicago area is little too cold and everyone needs a warm snuggles and wet kisses. Please donate to Almost Home for the birthday of my forever Mom. Gotta go now, order cake for her and buy more candles, that I can count... hehe. 😍

Your life is a reflection - a mirror of who you are, each and every moment. Look in the mirror… is where we started. Now, the last step:
Look in the mirror again.
Step away and notice how the world you see has shifted.

The outside reflects the shift within you.
The reflection has changed only because you have changed.
It has changed because you made a bold choice - to know, to accept, to grow, to be free, to see yourself in truth and to live from it. The same truth you’ve always known, the one you did forget for a while.
Now you remember you are whole.

The world is peace, love, acceptance, fogginess, gratitude, kindness, abundance. Just because you are all of that.

Tag someone who needs this reminder.

Step 4: you are almost there
Trust.
Release fear.
Allow your inner light and intuition to guide you.
Trust it to open doors you never knew existed.
Be open, take chances, play, notice how it feels with every fiber of your being.
Then make a choice.
Keep trusting as you move forward.
Allow the universe to meet you all the way.

Step 3 of creating a new life for yourself.
Energy flows where attention goes.
Become crystal clear on what you desire.
Sit in silence and ask your heart what your deepest desire is, and listen.

Do not be afraid to shoot for the stars.
Make it big.
What you desire is yours and is never too big or impossible.

Now you have healed and you are whole again.
Every crack is sealed, every part of you is vibrating at the frequency of love and harmony.

Feel the flow of energy within you moving you forward.
There is no magic.
It is you, creating your masterpiece of love, light and abundance that glows and grows within you.

Second step towards creating the life you desire is recognizing the roadblocks.
Look into the obstacles and limitations that have kept you from feeling whole and reaching your full potential.

Become clear about the ones that are self-imposed, and those passed down by family, society, and expectations.

Embrace your shadows. Love them. Accept them. Do not let them define you.
Your shadows are not your enemies — they are doorways. Step through the fear and meet yourself.

Keep moving forward.
You always have a choice. Make it.

Transform your roadblocks into something new and beautiful.
Build bridges. Create stairways. Forge new paths.

Go for it — your transformation has already begun.

Your life is a reflection—a mirror—of who you are in this very moment. You are where you are in your life because of the choices you have made.
Look into that mirror and ask yourself: Who am I?
Am I this body, this mind, these thoughts and emotions?
Am I the roles I have played?
Am I defined by the possessions I hold—or the ones I lack?
Am I shaped by what I believe I must be, or by what I have been told I should be?

Continue to ask: Who am I?
Sit in silence. Find your breath. Let yourself experience it fully, with all your senses.
As your breath flows in and out with effortless ease, release everything you think you know about yourself.

Create space in your heart for the truth of who you really are—beyond all labels, beyond every story you’ve created and you've been told.

Sit in stillness, keep asking: Who am I?
Remember—silence is not empty.
It holds all the answers.
Make a choice to:
Be still
Meditate
Breathe
Remember who you are.
