Most postpartum people are told “you’re good to go” at their 6-week visit…
but very few are actually given a roadmap for what recovery looks like after that.
So it makes sense that so many feel unsure or experience symptoms, like pain + incontinence, when they return to movement, working out, or even just daily life.
