The truth is, not every battle needs to be fought. Not every comment deserves a response. And not every situation requires your energy or your explanation. Protecting your peace is sometimes the strongest choice you can make.

It’s Okay to Be Tired — A December Reflection

It’s okay to be tired.
December arrives with its long nights and early sunsets,
a month when even the sky seems to rest.
This is the darkest stretch of the year,
and our bodies feel it,
our minds feel it,
our hearts feel it too.
Nature isn’t asking for momentum now.
It’s whispering something softer:
Slow down. Breathe. Turn inward.
Even the trees release their last leaves
and stand quietly in their bare truth,
trusting that rest is part of the cycle.
So if your energy feels dimmer,
if motivation flickers like a candle in a draft,
know that nothing is wrong with you.
You are simply syncing with the season—
responding to what the earth already understands.
It’s okay to be tired in the darkest month.
Rest is not weakness;
it is wisdom.
It is the gentle pause that prepares you
for the light that will return.

Super moon and cold moon Tonight at 6:14 P.M.
This is a perfect time for reflection and focus. Things will become clear and the extra energy isnt all that bad to clean for future celebrations.
6:14 P.M. perfectly time to make moon water and clean crystals 😉

Why are we so drawn to negativity?
There’s a concept in psychology that suggests it takes about three positive interactions to balance out one negative one. One comment, one tone, one moment — can outweigh several good ones. And honestly, that explains a lot.
Sometimes I notice when I share something heavy, something real, people suddenly show up to correct me… like I’m not “allowed” to feel that way. Like the only acceptable response is to wrap everything in fake positivity and call it healing. But when I post something hopeful, thoughtful, or asking real questions?
Crickets. Silence. A pin could drop.
It makes you wonder:
Are people more drawn to negativity?
The simple answer is: yes.
There’s a psychological reason for it called negativity bias. Our brains evolved to focus more on threats than comfort — what could harm us rather than what makes us feel safe. So negative experiences stick harder. Critical words echo longer. Bad news travels faster. It’s not because we’re broken… it’s because we’re human.
But here’s the part we don’t talk about enough:
Just because we notice negativity more
doesn’t mean we should live there.
Validating pain doesn’t mean glorifying it.
Feeling deeply doesn’t mean being ungrateful.
And choosing light doesn’t mean denying darkness.
Sometimes people don’t know how to sit with honesty unless it’s wrapped in drama or conflict. Peace doesn’t shout — it whispers. And not everyone is listening.
So if you’ve ever felt ignored when you’re healing…
or criticized when you’re hurting…
or invisible when you’re growing…
You’re not imagining it.
But keep choosing truth anyway.
Keep choosing softness anyway.
Keep choosing growth anyway.
Not because everyone will applaud —
but because your spirit deserves peace more than an audience
