Nine states (TX, AK, FL, IN, KS, LA, MO, MT, and SD), are suing the federal government in Texas v. Kennedy. If successful, this lawsuit would weaken protections that help people with disabilities live and participate in their communities.

Section 504 is a foundational disability civil rights law. It protects against discrimination in schools, healthcare, housing, transportation, and community services, and supports the right to receive services in the most integrated setting appropriate.

TAKE ACTION:
Tell your Governor and Attorney General to defend Section 504 and withdraw from Texas v. Kennedy.
