In observance of Veterans Day, New Choices Recovery Center will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

Schenectady County is hosting a Drive-Thru Food Pantry on Thursday, November 6th starting at 5:30 PM at SUNY Schenectady County Community College (78 Washington Ave).

What you need to know:
• Open to local SNAP recipients
• Supplies are limited - first come, first served
• Enter through Gateway Bridge entrances ONLY (Washington Ave entrance will be closed)
• Partnership with Regional Food Bank

Schenectady County is hosting a Drive-Thru Food Pantry for local residents due to the lapse in SNAP benefits on Thursday, November 6, 2025, starting at 5:30 p.m. at SUNY Schenectady County Community College (78 Washington Ave).

This event, held in partnership with the Regional Food Bank, will provide food assistance to local families — supplies are limited.

Traffic Info: All vehicles must enter through the Gateway Bridge entrances. The Washington Avenue entrance will be closed during the event.
