This is a 45-year-old woman who came to us with concerns of excess skin and fat in her abdomen and volume loss and sagging in her breasts following a 160-pound weight loss. We recommended fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty with bilateral silicone breast augmentation with mesh (internal bra) placement. She chose Sientra HSC, smooth, round, moderate projection implants, 440 cc with subglandular placement.
