To all of our patients, we have lately been having quite a few last minute cancellations and failed appointments. We will be charging a cancellation/no show fee effective immediately (this has always been in our paperwork but we have tried to avoid doing this). We understand that occasionally emergencies and sickness occurs and we will make certain exceptions under those circumstances. Also, please understand that it is very important that you confirm your appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
