🌸 Sip of Soft Power — Rose Nectar Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 cup cold or warm spring water
• 1–2 tsp food-grade rose water (or rose syrup)
• 1 tsp raw honey or agave
• 1 tsp pomegranate juice (for that blush glow)
• Squeeze of fresh lemon
• 3–5 dried rose petals (or fresh, pesticide-free)
• Optional: splash of sparkling water for fizz
• Optional garnish: vanilla bean, cranberries, rose petals

Instructions:
1. Add water, rose water, honey, pomegranate juice, and lemon into a glass.
2. Stir slowly with intention.
3. Drop in rose petals.
4. Add ice or warm gently depending on your mood.
5. Garnish and sip slowly.

Before drinking, whisper:

I am safe in my body.
I am radiant in my presence.
I attract what is meant for me.

Lately, I’ve been beginning my days with a warm cup of grounding tea —
not to rush into goals, but to return to myself first.

Steam rising.
Breath slowing.

This season is teaching me that consistency doesn’t have to be loud.
It can look like calm mornings, gentle care, and honoring what the body needs before the world asks for anything.

✨ This season, focus on:

• Water + minerals > dehydration

As we move through this colder week, I want you to be intentional in how you support your body’s nervous system, circulation, and overall energy.

Do this daily:
• Warm the core: ginger–cinnamon–lemon tea
• Mobilize the spine: 10 spinal waves + 3 minutes gentle shaking
• Breath of Fire: 60 seconds for heat + clarity
• Oil the skin after bathing to calm the vagus nerve & protect the barrier
• Magnesium at night to support deep recovery & restorative sleep

Cold weather challenges the body — but it also strengthens it when supported properly.

Your body is not just reacting to winter — it’s learning from it.
