JonSan Home Health provides skilled nursing services to homebound patients including Medication Management, Education, IV, Injections, Wound Care (including wound vac), Assessment and Family Support. Our Home Health Aides assist with Personal Hygiene, Bathing & Shaving, Dressing, Meal Preparation, Ambulation/Transfers, and Home Exercise.
